He is trying to gather information on the projects that will be funded by the amount of money that will be raised out of the expansion of the debt ceiling from Kshs6 trillion to Kshs9 trillion. Is it in order for Sen. Mwaruma to feign ignorance, when he voted for the opening of the budget ceiling? Did he vote without knowing why he was giving such an approval?"
