"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I would also like to say something about the Statement by Sen. Olekina. As much as he has asked for the figures from the Government, I agree with Sen. (Dr.) Ali that the recently concluded population census was a sham. There was nothing to tell me about the population of Turkana County. It was badly done! It is like Turkana do not get children, because the numbers are going backwards. The number of people we had 10 years ago when we had census was more than what we have currently."
