    "content": "Census is data that is used for planning. Therefore, to be honest, interfering with data for planning is the highest level of corruption that we can get in this country. There are some counties which are getting minus and others 50 per cent, and then on the normal demographics that comes in terms of statistics, on the number of children per household, it is said this county has an average of six and the other two. The one with an average of two then comes up with an increase of 49 per cent. How is that possible scientifically? It is impossible."
