    "content": "For all of us, as Sen. Wetangula has said, Migingo is in Kenya. When we were in the Joint Committee of Kenya and Uganda, looking into the question of Migingo, we visited that island with more than four Kenyan CSs and six Ugandan CSs, and a foreign affairs Minister who was a good friend of Sen. Wetangula. It took the Ugandan Ministers more than eight hours to get to Migingo. The fastest way for them to get there was to go through Kenya by road up to Migingo."
