For those of us who studied political science, it is simple. Political science 101 states that the first responsibility of any Government is, one, to protect the lives of its people and their property. Two, is to protect its territory. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, the statement that came from the Foreign Affairs and International Trade CS is unfortunate---. Any Government that cannot protect its territory has no business calling itself a Government."
