    "content": "my colleagues has stated, the Government should be compelled to write off loans for people who stay at home for over five years if they happen to get employment. As I speak, there are many graduates who have been at home for over 10 years because there is no employment in this country. We have seen several times old people being appointed to lead institutions. How about the youth? The issue of management by HELB should be looked into by the Committee that will be tasked to deal with this particular Statement, and I think it is the Committee on Education. The Committee should stamp its feet on this particular issue because recently we dealt with the issue of taking these children to the police station. I beg to support."
