    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I want to summarily say that the HELB should ensure that people who come from low economically endowed families benefit. Currently, they are working to ensure that students of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions get loans. So, there is need to investigate and ensure that the loanees are protected as much as they get the support. I hope that the Committee on Education will deal with this matter because I would like to listen to the issues."
