    "content": "As we talk about inclusion, we have to look for a mechanism of ensuring that even when these children go out to the society and their significant others, they are able to interact. Kiswahili is a lingua franca and we cannot say that we cannot help them attain proficiency in Kiswahili. They can be taught Kiswahili. We cannot say that we cannot help them attain proficiency in English. They must attain proficiency in English because it is the language used in examinations, offices, and will help them write legible letters and transit them to the outer world."
