    "content": "We must be candid to ourselves that we want a contribution that will help the deaf, so that they are not a drop in the ocean in colleges and universities. I know that if they have the right input, they can go very far. As I speak, there is one deaf lady by the name Ashura who has been elected to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) to represent the youth. She is a youth speaker, but this is because of the education she had. It can be a win in deaf education."
