    "content": "We have seen the short span which has been given for the Equalisation Fund. It is supposed to be for 20 years. So far, we have lost seven years. It is only one physical year that there was disbursement of this money. Moving from one ministry to another to follow up on this money and monitor its utilisation has been very difficult for us. However, once this board is constituted, it will provide the necessary impetus for us to follow and the necessary development will be realised."
