    "content": "I am particularly interested in the formation of the board. This Bill basically seeks to establish a board at both the constituency level and national level, which is a plus. When you talk about marginalised communities and persons, we see a situation where we have persons with disabilities and women in the board. Therefore, they will identify their problems and prioritise them."
