Kamket for a well-thought-out Bill because we need to bring some hygiene into how the funds for equalisation are being utilised. I just need to point out that the Commission on Revenue Allocation (CRA) is already making blunders. That money has not made any impact because the intention of the Constitution was to make sure that the areas which were left behind have come up so that they can be at par with others which are well developed."
