    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I take this opportunity to most sincerely thank my colleagues who have overwhelmingly supported this Bill. Almost 27 Members of Parliament have supported this Bill. There are some fears that have been raised here on the marginalisation policy which is supposed to be set out by the Commission on Revenue Allocation. I am happy that, that policy keeps changing because in the first policy that was done by the former Commission, constituencies like mine were not recognised as marginalised. However, with the development of the new policy, we will benefit from those funds."
