    "content": "If you look at our curriculum today, it does not address the issue of training our students. The emergency preparedness is not there and this has caused a lot of injuries and fatalities which could have been prevented if this curriculum could have addressed the issue of training our students at the lower levels. The other day we had this school along Ngong Road which collapsed and caused deaths to many young students who had a bright future ahead of them. Due to poor workmanship, we ended up with such a serious disaster which caused deaths to many students."
