    "content": "Let me make a few statements as I support this Motion. One is the issue of safety in schools. We must appreciate schools hold a very large number of kids both boys and girls at various levels. In the event of a disaster or a mess, the consequences and the loss would be immeasurable. It is, therefore, important that school managers place safety measures in schools as top priority. As is always said in the construction industry and elsewhere, safety first is safety first. Therefore, I urge the school managers, principals, the head teachers, their deputies and those responsible for discipline that discipline does not come by initiating a prison-like environment, discipline comes by teaching the children the value of respecting the loss and the importance of common sense."
