    "content": "It was very unfortunate that Kenyans watched helplessly while reaching out to the Kenyan Navy to come and rescue the victims. This draws me back to this Bill. I did not have the opportunity to speak on the Floor of the House at that time, but I am very lucky having come across such a Bill which touches on issues of security, first aid, self-defence and safety skills for our children in schools."
