Temporary Deputy Chairman, the justification for this is that the proposed amendment on this Clause looks like it is ambiguous and the provision, which already exists, is clearer. It is also recommended that the National Treasury should also continue reporting the budgeted revenue and expenditures quarterly as it is currently. We propose that this clause be deleted."
