    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. This is a very important amendment. I listened carefully to Hon. Limo. He has spoken of 15th, but when you look at the amendment, it talks about deleting the word “thirty” and substituting therefor with the word “twenty”. In his justification, reference should be made to those specific changes of 30 and 20. He mentioned 15th and when I went through the amendment, I did not see 15th anywhere. Maybe we need more clarity on that."
