    "content": "THAT, Clause 35 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (a) by deleting subsection (2) and substituting therefor the following subsection— (2) Each County Treasury shall establish a Treasury Single Account system at the Central Bank of Kenya through which payments of money to and by the various county government entities are to be made. (b) inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (a)— (aa) by inserting the following new sub section immediately after subsection (2)— (2A) The County Treasury Single Account system shall include the County Revenue Fund accounts referred to in Section 109 (2), county department accounts and any other account designated by the County Treasury.
