    "content": "This amendment is intended to change the date of submission of the BPS from the current 15th February to 1st February. It is also intended to increase time for consideration of the BPS from the current 15 to 30 days. It has been very difficult to concentrate on the BPS. We are proposing to increase the days for consideration from 15 to 30 days."
