    "content": " This is one of the committees that I am proud of as the Leader of the Majority Party. On the first amendment, when the Cabinet Secretary tables the BPS on 15th February, the House committees have a short period to consider it yet the BPS is the principal document that sets out the fiscal framework for that financial year. Moving it from 15 days to 30 days is very important, so that the National Assembly can take its role of the budget-making process seriously."
