    "content": " I support this amendment. It is long overdue because you cannot talk about spending when you do not even know where you are going to get your resources to spend. You know very well that this country is fighting a huge debt. This is because of situations where you propose your Budget Estimates and you do not even know where you are going to get the resources to finance the budget.
