    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 54— Amendment of section 164 of No. 18 of 2012. 54A. Section 164(4) of the principal Act is amended by inserting the words “the National Treasury” immediately after the words “County Treasury” appearing in paragraph (b). The amendment makes further provision for giving a copy of financial statement of a county entity to the National Treasury so that the National Treasury is in the loop. Currently they do not get a copy. So, it will provide that the National Treasury must get a copy."
