    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I just want to add my voice that, indeed, the amendment is good, but we should not think paying of pending bills will fix everything. We are saying a small percentage of bills have not been paid. I think pending bills is a big issue in this economy especially at the national level. It has also affected businesses at the local level because they are quite small. I think we should frown against the idea of people slowing down and also sometimes corruption delaying payment.
