    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when I asked this Question, I was actually looking at several Kenyans who have suffered in the hands of banks which have collapsed, including pyramid schemes. I was wondering whether it is prudent for the Government to push CBK to start an Asset Management Company that can take care of these debts that are owed to customers of various banks and pyramid schemes. I wonder whether the Assistant Minister could confirm whether they are ready to start an Asset Management Company to take care of these debts."
