Looking at the private sector in comparison to how Government does business, we normally do agreements for sixty days in the private sector. Those are two months. Therefore, if we say that we put it as six months, we are going to humiliate the Kenyan businessmen and overall, you are going to humiliate the economy. Therefore, we should not worry about the elections that are coming, how many will be given jobs, corruption and such things when we are setting up rules that are going to govern how business is going to be done between the Kenyan citizens and county governments. I differ with Hon. Sankok. He is a nominated Member of Parliament and he might not know the pain of being elected."
