    "content": "We need a Bill to protect those people. We need a Government that can take action to protect its people. It is the Government’s duty to protect Kenyans and this Bill is working towards that. So, there is need to support the Bill. If there is any other area where somebody may amend, that is a different issue. But the purpose of the Bill is protection for the large number of our business people."
