They can have power if they are organised into an institution such as a co-operative and deal with those big corporates. I hope they now realise that Nakumatt was a domestic company and, unfortunately, it was a family company that was very badly run as a matter of fact. People knew there were a lot of problems within it and that is why they brought down an otherwise very successful company in terms of its operations. In the region, they were expanding aggressively. But they were not managing it in terms of modern corporate and financial reporting standards among themselves."
