Cherargei, while talking about a very noble action that was done by both the Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations and the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee; where we bailed out 23 prisoners in Kitui County and as a result, more than 100 prisoners were released the next day, to only mention the Members of his Committee, yet the largest contributions were from Sen. Wetangula, I and other Members of Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations? Can he remember to mention the rest of us who are not in his Committee?"
