    "content": "It is good that the distinguished uncle to the Speaker is walking in and listening to me as I say this. Our party leaders and the people who are at the forefront of political parties need to put a voice to the challenges that the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) faces. These matters are squarely before this particular Committee. It is my sincere hope that this Committee will expedite this particular request and give the country direction. Finally, is to exert a point that I have mentioned each and every afternoon that I get an opportunity to speak in this House. We are the only ones who do not know how powerful we are. The testament of what this Committee was able to achieve in Kitui, simply by walking into Kitui Prison and having people who had been jailed wrongly, stayed in those particular prison walls for periods beyond what was expected for them to be set free confirms that people take the Senate of this country very seriously.
