I am sure that some of the comments will enrich the Bill. However, Members are free to propose any amendments, either through the Committee or on your own Motion. A lot of what has been said, if taken into consideration, can give us a way out of a lot of the issues we have within our legal system. Let us have Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve to comment on this."
