    "content": "No. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I would have loved to hear you speak to this Bill. As Sen. Wetangula has said, we need to create awareness. Most people do not remember that conciliators, mediators and traditional dispute resolvers do not need to be lawyers. When lawyers speak to these issues, they do so with such authority because they understand the law more than we do. I am a practicing arbitrator, and I am not a lawyer. I am an architect. The beauty of alternative dispute resolution is that the practitioner is drawn from an industry or trade that he or she understands. Therefore, he or she is able to resolve a dispute around that issue easily and faster. Like the objective of the Bill says, we need to foster peace and cohesion.
