    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to thank the Senator for Machakos County, Sen. (Dr.) Kabaka for seeking this Statement on Nairobi City County. It is interesting that it is a similar issue raised by my governor, but they are all at liberty to consult either their City Senator or their rural Senator because he comes from Machakos as well. He is a resident of both Nairobi and Machakos counties. It is acceptable."
