    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I support this Statement by the Senator of Wajir. All our counties which have been mentioned with regard to this particular Fund have to listen to this. I want to encourage the Committee that will take up this matter to pay great attention to those counties that have almost been blacklisted for not fully accounting for these funds. This House should set a standard that grants that come from our partners should be used correctly. They should to be used for the purpose that they were intended and not to be misused. There is always a potential that they will be misused. As the Committee gets to the bottom of this matter, it should ensure that nobody loses this grant as a result of not being careful or not being able to account."
