    "content": "the streets then you really wonder whether we have a crazy KCAA or the county government as well. We expect the KCAA to be more concerned with other bigger issues that we have seen. We recently saw a man who hang on a plane and fell off in London. Those are the sort of things that they should focus their attention on and not just following these young men and women who are trying to make a living. We have also seen many unregulated airlines with aircraft taking off and their wheels coming off; despite this they keep flying. Clearly, there is a problem in the sense that they are too caught up on little things and have lost sight of the big picture. I am also concerned that as a country we seem to be really catering for the rich people. I am not so sure that many people can afford this sort of fees unless someone is very rich. Unless we want to kill the little fish and make them not be able to compete in this industry, then there is clearly a problem. I support this Statement. I would like them to wake up and get on with technology so that they can move us forward and not backwards. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
