    "content": "The Statement by Sen. Sakaja is very clear; it is the blanket ban on the use of drones. In September, as a Member of the Committee on Roads and Transportation, I attended a conference organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Canada. From that Conference, it is clear that the World has moved. The use of drones and new technology is doing very well in many countries outside this country. Mr. Speaker, Sir, even those commercial drones used in dropping medical supplies in remote areas are a technology that has been used everywhere. For us, as a country, the authority concerned--- We are not opposed to doing regulation on drones, but we are saying why can they not bring those regulations on the use of drones debated in Parliament, and passed, so that we do not allow the KCAA to kill innovation and opportunities for young people to use drones for photography? Thank you Mr. Speaker, Sir. I beg to support."
