    "content": "It is worth noting that, as we speak, Parliament is processing the Public Participation Bill, which has been transmitted to the National Assembly. Our Constitution, as given, is a people-centered decision, especially at county governments through public participation. We have seen that our courts have been focusing on ensuring that they make decisions to meet the public participation and citizen-centered decisions. This is one of the ideals of OGP programmes that we have. Parliament, being critical both in oversight and legislation, the decisions being made should be given an opportunity.
