    "content": "Finally again, these foreign visits are a form of parliamentary diplomacy. As a Senate and as Parliament, we need to have some very in-depth review of our parliamentary diplomacy and whether it works. We have seen some very embarrassing situations whenever we travel, where what was supposed to be parliamentary diplomacy ends up being something akin to parliamentary insult, because of issues of cultural differences, etiquette or sometimes lack of understanding and poor preparedness on the part of the delegation coming from Parliament. However, looking at this report, I am convinced that the delegation was very well prepared, and that is why they have been able to bring back this useful report.
