    "content": "By ensuring that by 2030 all children and adolescents complete a full cycle of Early Childhood Development (ECD) primary and secondary education in line with SDG 4 and target 4.1 is very important, especially for the Senate given that ECD is a devolved function. It is an area for the Senate to keep an eye on and ensure our counties are able to fulfill this resolution and, perhaps, hopefully by 2030, all our children, especially the ECD and SDG 4 are met.
