    "content": " A ranking Member, Hon. Odanga, is telling us the same thing that the Chair of the Committee said a month ago. It appears that this Committee routinely requests for two weeks. Could we be assured that this time round, it will be available within two weeks? Hon. Speaker, we do not ask these Questions for ourselves. We ask them for the interest of the entire nation. It beats the purpose of seeking Parliamentary intervention through Questions if they take eternity to respond to them. Could the Hon. Speaker give a shorter period or have a firm direction that within the next two weeks this time round, we will no longer delay that matter?"
