    "content": "We have to ask ourselves why we have the NPS and some services being rendered by the Government or the public sector. The reason we have the NPS, just like any other public service, is because there are some services I cannot procure as an individual. Therefore, we pool our resources through taxation, so that we can procure these services together. Therefore, as we continue to give a good environment to security guards to thrive, especially in the private sector, we should know that it is the prerogative of the Government of the day to provide security. This is a very sensitive area. For example, if as a private person I am allowed to procure my security, first of all, it will be very expensive. Two, it will be unregulated which will breed anarchy."
