    "content": "The Political Parties (Funding) Regulations, 2019 were made by the Registrar of Political Parties pursuant to Section 49 of the Political Parties Act, 2011. The Regulations are vital in giving effect and enhanced implementations of the Political Parties Act, 2011. The Regulations were published in the Kenya Gazette vide Legal Notice No.143 of 2013 on 9th August 2019. They were received by the Clerk of the National Assembly on 29th August 2019 and tabled in the House on 11th September 2019."
