    "content": "The Regulations seek to revoke the Political Parties (Funding) Regulations of 2009, Legal Notice No.169 of 2009. It provides the duties of the Registrar of Political Parties in the management, accounting and application of the Fund. Regulation 18 requires the Registrar to set guidelines regarding the disbursement of money from the Fund to any political party, programme or activity, the rules and procedures related to the disbursement and the management of the Fund."
