The Cabinet Secretary was written to. The Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Prof. George Magoha, is very particular about responses to Questions. He appears almost all the time we require him. The information we have is that they are out there running examinations. It may take some time for them to give a response, maybe after next week, after the examinations have been concluded. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
