    "content": "We must not just talk about cohesion. There are many aspects of cohesion. There are many aspects that bring conflicts in this country. We can only hope and expect that once this particular Commission is put in place, it will go deeper and look at some of the areas that this country has been looking at. In many ways, this country spends a lot of money in resolving issues that could be resolved in a software manner and not a hardware manner. If this Commission could be active enough to ensure that people live within the law and expectations and also work very closely with other arms of Government and organs that target peace in this country, it could contribute a lot to the economy of this country. But because we are so focused on the hardware part of bringing peace in this country, buying ammunition, disarming people and ensuring that we have enough police in this country, we end up spending resources that could have been saved for other areas."
