    "content": "With these few remarks, I support the Motion. I hope this Commission will be put in place as quickly as possible, so that they can start their work, especially as we move towards the coming years that lead to 2022. As we move there, as a peace practitioner, I can confirm that we are starting to see indicators that tell us that all is not well in the country, but we can make it well. When we look at some of the by-elections that we have held so far in Kilifi and Kibra, those are indicators that we need to prepare ourselves. This is why we need this Commission to work closely with other organs especially the National Steering Committee on Peace Building and Conflict Management in the Office of the President. I support the Motion."
