The question is: Is the Minister prioritizing the question of land adjudication particularly at the Coast Province? Why are we putting so little money? Why could we not put more money in the Kshs50 billion, for example? Why could it not go to survey instead of land adjudication? Is the priority right even as we vote to support this Motion?"
