    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am actually humbled by the kind of overwhelming support that this Bill has generated. There is very little to say because I think Members have contributed to this Motion from the day I moved it, I think it was on Tuesday. I just want to say two things: First, I want to thank all MPs who made a contribution or found time to contribute to this Motion. All of them have supported. Of course, I have also listened to a few Members who proposed that we bring some amendments to the Bill. I will speak to that as I wind up.
