Senators, in the interest of time, pursuant to Standing Order No.232, the Petition stands committed to the relevant Committee, in this case, the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. In terms of Standing Order No.232, the Committee will be required, in not more than 60 calendar days from the time of reading the Prayer, to respond to the petitioner by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the table of the Senate. I hope the committee will do a commendable job because as you have heard, we have had similar Petitions and they are lying somewhere."
