    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Originally, I had assumed that this would go, but I am happy that you have sent it to the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. I would like to give you an assurance that the Committee will expedite and deal with it thoroughly. For the record, what we said was directed to other committees. The Committee on Labour and Social Welfare has dispensed with each and every matter that has been brought to it and has brought the reports both to the Members who asked and to the House. It is the most hardworking Committee. I have very serious Members like Sen. Madzayo, Sen. Were and Sen. (Dr.) Milgo who are very outstanding. Mr. Speaker, Sir, in addition to that, we have a legislative proposal that we are bringing to harmonize what is happening in our counties with respect to labour. We hope"
